  1. this made me so hungry.. i love dried cranberries in everything…i would recommend substituting the organic honey with organic honey that is raw, unheated, unpasturized.. you may have to mix longer because it tends to be the consistency of fresh peanut butter.

  2. cute, but yeah it is important to eat often, I eat 5-6 times a day, especially for the energy, and it keeps your matabolizm up, I eat between 2-3 hours in the day. and it’s usually the same thing everyday, I just snack in between my main meals, breakfast, lunch, etc…

  3. out of the thousands diet tips from Mehmet Oz, Michael Roisen, Bob Greene. Jillian Michaels, and untold dozens of others this is the very first time I have heard ANYBODY ANYWHERE mention raw cane sugar

  4. I just made this with a substitution because I didn’t have any honey. So used brown sugar.. LOVED IT!!!!!!!! I plan on making a few of your recipes this week.

  5. ok now i’m hungry! that looked so delicious
she had a good tip there – i used to eat just 2-3 times a day, large meals
now i eat 5-6 times a day; like she said – smaller portions
    you body’s metabolism gets a workout 🙂

  6. slavic fitures……….tall, skinny, high cheekbones, blond. btw she is czech I can tell by accent.

  7. really simple recipe for a morning shake or after workout shake.. 1 banana, 1 squeeze of honey and 1 cup vanilla almond milk. or regular almond milk. but i like the added sweetness of the vanilla. love having that in the morning!
