  5. @Paudrey38 Dito! Love my fruit & veg I’m a vegetarian so go figure! But even when I ate meat I still loved all those foods, ooh especially pickles my faves are the big kosher pickles yummm!!

  7. I love mushrooms,strawberries,canolope,blueberries,carrots,apples,and pickels and pretty much any fruit or vegie.

  8. you eat dinner at 8? i heard its bad to eat at night cause thats when your body is tired and than you sit and gain more weight ! D:

  9. @Staceyxxxify not true. excess calories make you gain weight. you either ate too much, excersized too little, or if you still gained weight it was probably water weight which can be delt with by drinking more water :). also, when you begin to diet, you have to stick with it for a few weeks to really see some results. I went from 220 pounds to 164 pounds (and I got my six pack back :)), I lost about 2 pounds/week at first, then it slowed down to 1 pound/week as I got closer to my target weight.
