  1. I am living proof that some your theory’s work! I’m tired of the ”know it all” type of people! They are usually the ones that are unhappy with their bodies. It’s easy, try to incorporate any kind of exercise in your daily routine, drink water every couple of hours, and do an activity that makes you happy(at least once a week) even if it’s just a walk=D. Now when it comes to food it’s okay to let yourself have what you want, ie a few bites of ice cream…but dont go off judgment every meal.

BTW – People can be very rude, not really sure why they tend to lash out at others as if in elementary school, maybe they never really “left” school (who knows) … I guess it could be they are jealous? That does cause anger issues you know? Or, maybe its hearing what they already know, resulting in them lashing at you because of lacking willpower?

I think its awesome that your helping people lose weight, reach thier goals etc and yeah if it helps them then its got to be good.but tip 1 you say if you dont eat frequently enough or eat to little your body will go into starvation mode which is pretty silly,thats exactly what body fat is for,energy to use when you dont have food,its not going to “hold on to it”.and building 2 3 pounds muscle takes serious strength training and takes ages for a 100or200 calories that can be eaten in a few bites

  14. @chadz393 How are these bad tips Chad? My clients have (collectively) lost 1,000s of kilos over the years by following such advice. Building lean muscle mass, utilising progressive overload, understanding the true meaning of ‘serving size’, eliminating crap food etc. is all advice that will put you on the right track. I think you’re just finding fault where no fault lies.

  15. She is so right about measuring your food. I didn’t lose weight until I began to measure everything. I lost 60 pounds–three years ago! And it’s still off. And yes, I still measure my food. It’s a small price to pay for being thin:)

I had gained an extra 20 pounds this year….but thanks to the Good Lord helping me out I lost the extra 20 pounds this year plus I lost an extra 3 pounds from my original weight. Yay! I’m on my way to losing more! I’m still obesed, (due to hypothyroidism) but I’m on my way to a healthy weight and I’m excited! 🙂 The key that I found to help me lose weight is I eat veggies in bulk, a little fruit and lean meat & tea.

    i eat 8 pizzas + 5 chickens..
    1 day later..
    lost 2 pounds!

    eat…
    sit down.. dont lay down…for 1 hr
    go for a walk(a long walk!really long).. then relax… sleep.. lol
    and tada!
    don’t know if it works for you but it works for me haheahaehahah!
    if your to lazy to excercise and you really wanna loose your fatty belly…
    stop eating fatty food. if you can’t stop eating fatty food.. its your fault!!!
    (WASTED MY 10 mins OF MY LIFE SO ENJOY MY COMMENT O_O )

  18. She has great advice. And yes, what you eat, how much you work out, and all that matters. Eating less is good as well but at some point your body goes into starvation mode. It will destroy your muscles first and hold onto all the fat and crap from the food you are eating. And since muscle weighs more, it’ll show you are losing weight. Then after muscle, your body uses the fat to keep it going. It burns these up cuz your body needs energy which comes from healthy food. So yes, what you eat matte
